Leanne Anthony, LLPC

Leanne received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Grace College and is currently working as a limited license counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, majoring as a Health Fitness Specialist. Her background in health and wellness led her to believe that by taking a holistic approach and encompassing the whole body as well as the mind, we can become the best version of ourselves. Leanne uses a variety of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Somatic Techniques, and incorporating lifestyle changes. She is also a Trauma Informed Certified Yoga Teacher (YTT-200). Leanne states that “our thoughts and feelings can be so powerful and at times feel very overwhelming. The good news is we can give some of these thoughts and feelings less power over us.” Leanne provides a welcoming and empathetic space to help clients heal, grow, and find peace within. Leanne is passionate in helping clients who experience anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, or those looking to make positive and healthy changes to become the best version of themselves.
